1. What you earn
Delegent pays you 20% of the subscription revenue of every customer who signs up through your referral link, for as long as that customer keeps paying.
Commission is calculated on each invoice total excluding tax and after discounts. Tax collected on behalf of a government is not revenue and does not earn commission.
2. How a referral is counted
A customer is yours when they create their Delegent account after following your referral link. Attribution is recorded once, when the account is created, and does not move afterwards.
Self-referral does not earn. Signing up with your own affiliate email address earns nothing.
3. When you are paid
Each commission is held for a period after the invoice is paid, so that refunds and chargebacks can be settled before money leaves.
If an invoice is refunded or disputed during that period, the commission for it is void.
Once a commission has cleared the hold period it is payable. Payouts are made manually to the details you give us, once your cleared balance reaches $50.
You are responsible for any tax owed on what you earn. We do not withhold tax.
4. What we ask of you
Describe Delegent accurately. Do not promise features that do not exist, do not bid on our brand name in paid search, and do not send unsolicited bulk email.
Do not present yourself as an employee or an official representative of Delegent.
5. Ending the arrangement
Either of us may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with notice by email.
Commissions already earned and cleared are paid. Commissions still inside the hold period when you terminate are paid when they clear.
We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently, and commissions in the hold period may be voided in that case.
